Hotel Modigliani - Rome

This is our 5th time to this Hotel. Absolutely love, love this hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient.

The location of the hotel and help of staff were excellent

The hotel is right in the middle of Rome, yet quiet and peaceful at the same time. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. And I think because the owners are artists the decor and paintings were beautiful. I would definately stay there again.

The location of Modigliani is perfect - 5 minutes walk from both the Spanish Steps and the Trevl Fountain and right by the Barberini Metro station to take the Metro to the Colisseum, the Vatican and the Termini Station. The rooms, whilst small were clean and some have balconys which are great for sitting out in the sun after a day of walking around Rome.

It would be good if there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room but other than that, everything was great.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was spotless. They keep the rooms exceptionally clean as well as the public areas. The breakfast room and the lounge were charming. The location was good as well. The price was reasonable for Rome although still fairly expensive. The beds were comfortable.

The rooms are typically European and small.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming to all. Very comfortable to stay in and great location.

Value for money, it is really convenient for the area (near Via Veneto), although it is not surely a design Hotel... Good breakfast included in the price.

It was centered in town of Rome, good shopping locally and italian restaurants. Bed was comfortable, good storage space. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. They called cabs and accommodated wheelchair while there.

Even though you hear that the hotels in Rome and especially in the historical centre are really poor, this cosy small hotel was a brilliant surprise! We loved the style, the friendly staff and the wonderful patio for the breakfast! The atmosphere of the hotel was very warm and the little balcony on the 5th floor where we stayed, was a nice place to relax after hours in the city centre! We suggest Hotel Modigliani to everyone who wants to spend a romantic time in Rome!

Good location, 10 min on foot from Piazza di Spagna and very quiet. Cosy hotel, beautifully designed and with modern facilities, something not very usual to find in the "old" center of Rome. Parking very near with 18 euros a day.

I did not like that they asked us to pay for all days immediately when we arrived in the hotel.

Excellent location, central to all sights, walking distance to main attractions. Metro station and bus stop at the end of the road, (including the city open tour bus which takes you all round the city) Also very near to Auditorium where you can see music concerts..Hotel was spotlessly clean, staff extremely pleasant and helpful, breakfast was GOOD. Rooms are small but adequate for a city break. The decor is very tasteful and comfortable, everywhere is light and airy.We liked it and would go there again.

We liked everything about the hotel.

The staff at the hotel were delightful, spoke excellent English and enjoyed our appalling Italian. The room, although small, was spotlessly clean + the shower was fantastic. Best of all was the air-conditioning which made the room a haven after a hot day in Rome. The location was perfect - a few minutes walk to the Spanish Steps.

Wished we could have had breakfast in their little garden (they do serve breakfast there but only for a short time later in the morning).

The room could have used a fan as the weather was unusually warm and rainy. The air conditioning was turned off. this made the evenings and nights humid and sticky.
